Rates Effective December 01, 2022 Billing
In-county water customers pay a base bill by meter size. The base bill includes usage from 0-2,000 gallons and is $14.00 per month for customers with a 3/4″ or 1″ standard meter. For usage above 2,000 gallons, the rate per 1,000 gallons is $6.50. The average residential water customer uses 5,000 gallons per month for a bill of $33.50.
Out-of-county water customers also pay a base bill by meter size. The base bill includes usage from 0-2,000 gallons and is $17.00 per month for customers with a 3/4″ or 1″ standard meter. For usage above 2,000 gallons, the rate per 1,000 gallons is $7.25.
Sewer billing is based on metered water usage. Customers with sewer service pay a base bill equal to the base water bill. For usage above 2,000 gallons, the sewer rate per 1,000 gallons is $6.75. The average residential sewer customer pays a bill of $34.25. The average bill for combined water and sewer would be $67.75.
